I didn’t go see the Despicable Me 2 movie (nor have I seen the first Despicable Me film) but while watching ABC World News with David Muir tonight, he played a clip and mentioned that this video by Pharrell Williams from the Despicable Me 2 movie soundtrack has been nominated for best original song at the Oscars tomorrow night.
It was my first time hearing even a portion of the song and I was immediately moving in my chair to the beat. It has an infectious melody and a positive, uplifting message.
