After we left Dry Falls on Tuesday, we took Amber and Abby swimming at the Cliffside Recreational Park which was just down the road.
It’s a beautiful mountain lake, and it looks just like the setting of one of those teen camping horror movies.

Abby was brave and jumped off the floating platform like a big girl!
I didn’t get the shot of Abby landing in the water on the previous jump, so she did it again for granddad. Unfortunately, mommy wasn’t looking at her when she jumped.
This time I got the splash landing while mommy got a surprise face full of lake water, lol.
And they’re both OK!
After the swim, Abby had fun on the nearby swings.
